Cathy is a true professional. She is honest and works all hours of the day to get things done. When we were getting the house ready to sell she had us pack many of our things before it went on the market, and boy did it make a difference in how the house was able to be presented. She then brought in a professional stager and photographer that made our house look amazing. We got 6 offers after only 2 days on the market and ended up getting well over our asking price. Through the whole process Cathy was always good about communicating and consistently returned my call or text within hours. She was encouraging when I started to get overwhelmed and her attention to detail was reassuring, as I knew nothing would get missed. I have sold 2 other houses before and thought the other realtors were good... but Cathy is way better than any other we have experienced. It was a true joy and blessing to work with her!

I had two outstanding experiences with Cathy McCahill. Cathy sold my father's home after he passed away in 2015. She came in and hit the ground running. She gave me some great suggestions on how to get the most out of sale of the house. Her suggestions undoubtedly paid off as we had several offers on the house within hours of it hitting the market. We accepted an offer a day or two after the house hit the market. A year later, Cathy helped my wife and I sell our house and buy our dream home.
