Misty was everything I could ask for in a realtor. I was a first-time homebuyer and she walked me through every step of the way and made me feel comfortable and confident the whole time. We ran into some bidding wars and even when I didn't come out on top I always felt like Misty did everything she could for me. She built great relationships with the seller's agents, gave me great suggestions of ways to "sweeten the deal" that didn't sacrifice anything important, and was available when I contacted her almost any time of the day. Working with her husband/business partner on the document side was also enjoyable and prompt. Overall choosing Misty was the best decision I made to stay sane during during the house hunting process. I will definitely call her when it's time to sell my house again, and be recommending her to my friends.
