Stephen is one of the friendliest and hardest working people I've ever met. He listed and sold our house in Iron River, MI for us, and he was the perfect realtor to do so. From the second we listed it, he was available for any questions and was willing to help us through the process from start to finish. We ran into some issues with the title on our house that we were unaware of. Thankfully, Stephen found out about this for us right away and we were able to get the issues resolved prior to closing. We wouldn't have known about the issues otherwise. Without him, we wouldn't have been able to sell this house. He's amazing at what he does and he was helpful and knowledgeable throughout the entire process. He kept us in the loop and we always knew what was going on with the showings and offers.
