Our experience working with TLK has been wonderful. We recommend our broker, Sarah Ruffner, anytime one of our friends start looking for a new home. I explained to Sarah what we were looking for and she immediately started sending us options on houses to look for in our budget, and some on the upper edge of our budget just to see a spread of options. I appreciated that she was easy to work with, listened to what we were looking for in our first home, and had answers to all of our questions. I have since recommended her to two of my colleagues, one of whom has purchased a house with her recently and another that will be beginning to look here soon as his credit improves to qualify for a mortgage.
