Sarah Ruffner, and her assistant Heidi Anderson, have been without reservation the best Real Estate Agency and Representation I have ever experienced. Sarah represented me as Buyers Agent, for a 1031 Exchange transaction, for which time was of the essence. In addition, it required addressing a stream of time sensitive elements over the Holidays, during which Sarah did not skip a beat. She was literally lining up inspections for Christmas Eve, as well as coordinating with me on New Year?s Eve and Day. This demonstrated a level of commitment that I?ve never seen before. To further convey her exceptional competency, during negotiations, there were multiple competitors involved, and she navigated all potential problems with professional expertise and outstanding interpersonal skills, that are second to none. I absolutely believe that if I had had any other Agent, there is a good chance I would not have acquired the property I was pursuing. She is nothing short of a Maverick in her field, and I state this without reservation. It is rare to find an Agent of this caliber and I highly recommend her and her staff. Sarah and Tony not only helped us buy a home, they also helped us sell our condo. We were casually looking for a house and connected with Sarah. We worked with Sarah Ruffner of TLK and she was AMAZING! I could not recommend her and her team highly enough. We literally could not have found the house we did without them. She was super knowledgable, but also accessible, down to earth, and willing to take the time to explain anything we had questions about. She gave us great advice, was honest about pros and cons of different houses, but also left things open for us to make our own decisions. We never felt pressured by her in anyway. She knew what she was doing, but she wasnt so overbooked with clients that she couldnt make time for us (even though as first time homebuyers with a comparatively low budget she probably wasnt make as much money on us as on other clients). She was friendly, professional, and just all around great. We are so thankful for her and her team and all that that did during our home buying process.
