Sarah and Tony not only helped us buy a home, they also helped us sell our condo. We were casually looking for a house and connected with Sarah. She quickly went to work and sent me listings of home that matched our criteria. It wasnt long before we found our home. Sarah gave us so much good advice in negotiating a reasonable price. I worked with Sarah Ruffner. I was referred to her from a co-worker and also from my Mortgage Broker. I explained to Sarah what we were looking for and she immediately started sending us options on houses to look for in our budget, and some on the upper edge of our budget just to see a spread of options. I appreciated that she was easy to work with, listened to what we were looking for in our first home, and had answers to all of our questions. I have since recommended her to two of my colleagues, one of whom has purchased a house with her recently and another that will be beginning to look here soon as his credit improves to qualify for a mortgage.
