We have worked with Dawnita twice, once buying and once selling a house, and had great experiences both times. She really cares about her clients; she took a genuine interest in our family both professionally and personally. She really listens to her clients and will adjust to their needs and desires throughout the realty process. Further, she takes ownership in all aspects of her sales and deals with tasks in a way that makes it easier on everyone. Specifically, when we sold our house, we ended up encountering a number of challenging situations. Dawnita truly went above and beyond for us making the difficult situation much more tolerable. She even extended the courtesy of advising us on another real estate transaction, occurring simultaneously with the sale she was managing, that she had no stake in. We bought and sold our home in Pinedale with Dawnita. She was very personable, professional, and fun to work with, and we are very glad we chose her as our realtor. She worked hard for us on both the purchase and the sale. She is very knowledgeable about houses, the housing market, and the process of purchasing a home. She really gave us a lot of valuable insight throughout the process. When she helped us buy, she arranged many showings and was incredibly patient while we looked for just the right home. We felt confident in our purchase since we knew what was available before deciding on our house. Furthermore, she went above and beyond our expectations to help us overcome some obstacles to moving in upon possession. When it came time to sell our house, we had to move out of state before it had sold.
