Amanda was amazing to work with! We had been working with her for 8+ months viewing houses and discussing our wants and needs. Amanda was always willing to accomodate our last minute requests to look at a house or answer random real estate questions no matter the time of day. When we finally found the right place, she submitted our offer quickly and kept us in the loop regarding all communication back and forth from the seller to us. Amanda also went above and beyond just helping us find the right home. She recommended a long list of excellent local lenders and insurance agencies and reminded us of all the things you tend to forget in the chaos - like having utilities activated, getting our earnest money check in on time, etc. Amanda was also amazing when it came time to list our house for sale. Her advice and recommendations on getting ready to list were incredible. She knows the area where our house is located very well and also understands the market in our area - especially during this crazy surge in house sales in Billings, MT area. Amanda was able to help us sell our house in the time frame we wanted and helped us get the best price. We couldn't be happier with the services she provided. Her friendly demeaner and her excellent communication between us and our buyers agent (no matter the time of day) was greatly appreciated and made everything so much better. Both experiences were amazing and done incredibly well. I would HIGHLY recommend Amanda to anyone looking to buy or sell. She was AMAZING!
