Rita Abee was the most cooperative and helpful real estate person that we have ever dealt with - (and we have owned 10 homes since 1958.) We were in a tight spot, planning to move out of state (taxes), and then both of our properties sold in a short time, and we would have been HOMELESS. We were referred to Rita by a near neighbor, and off we went. When we finally found a larger home than the one we sold, we loved it, and so the moving began. Rita was there every day, giving us tips, helping to deposit funds to hold the property, doing some of the transferring of utilities, and then when the packing toward the end got frantic, there she was in our pantry, emptying all shelves, washing them down, carrying boxes, etc. She and her husband made trips to our new home with a trailer behind, lugging picnic table, ladder, porch chair, etc. When 1/3 of a U-Haul needed to be emptied, there she was lugging boxes and STUFF toward the ramp (with our son), and filled the hand truck many times, and they finished unloading - just the two of them.
