Greg helped my wife and I find a home purchase in the N Phoenix area back in 2012. He helped find us a home in a prime location that was very easy accessible to all the major highways but yet in a quite and beautiful neighbourhood, with all the amenities we could imagine! We recently had a work relocation to Nashville TN and the first person we called was Greg to help us list our home in Phoenix. Greg understood the importance and urgent need to sell fast as possible but more importantly demand top dollar at the same time. Greg came out to shoot a short video prior to listing just to get the word out to social media and peak interest. Marketing is one of Greg's most impressive strong points above and beyond MLS listing. He was able to give us some professional advice and ideas of things we could do as the home owner to help peak buyers interest. Greg sold our home in less than 6 weeks and for the highest dollar amount in the entire neighbourhood! Greg even negotiated the sell of all of our furniture inside and out, which saved us a fortune in moving cost to TN. Greg then helped us search for a professional trustworthy Real Estate agent in Nashville that found us a beautiful new home purchase in Nashville TN! Unbelievable service and knowledge, when it comes to selling or buying a home I don't think there's anything this guy can't do! I only gave him 5 stars because there's not 10!
