In the past year we have worked with Nicole to buy a lot, sell a lot, and buy a home, all while we were three hours away in Phoenix. She has gone above and beyond with anything and everything, without hesitation. We've worked with three other realtors over the years in the area, and none can hold a candle to Nicole.Even when we were getting our ducks in a row to build a home, she helped us continue to look for houses that would be a great fit, just in case the right one came up. The day we were set to sign a build contract (with much hesitation due to escalating build costs), we found the perfect house, made an offer and had the easiest escrow ever. We could not be happier with our new cabin, and got so much more for our money than we would have building. Now instead of breaking ground this summer, we will be sitting on our patio, enjoying the views and mountain breeze.We simply cannot say enough good things about the incredible level of service that Nicole provides. I lost count of how many properties she went to in order to do video tours for us since we could not be in town quickly enough in this seller's market. She even handled our walk through for us by video chat. She just took care of anything and everything. We had no issues, no hiccups, not a single problem with any of our three transactions with her. She's great at communication, be it by phone, text or email. She has been on top of everything, every step of the way. We would recommend her to anyone and everyone. She's the one you want to work with.
