Buying a home can be a frightening and overwhelming ordeal!. Not so with Michelle and Joel Minik at Team Minik. We had been looking for a home in the west valley of Phoenix, and at times were very frustrated at the entire process, as we bid on several homes and our bids fell short. Michelle was very understanding and completely professional during the whole process and she gave us very good idea of where our bid should be depending on the homes value. We purchased a Short Sale home and Michelle and Joel were eager to take every phone call, answer every question immediately and keep us very informed of each step along the way. Without Michelle and Joel we may have given up on buying a home altogether. Thank goodness they were there. I would highly recommend Michelle and her team to anyone who wants a knowledgeable, professional, helpful and assertive Realtor.

Highly recommend Team Minik for any home buying or selling needs. Michelle and Kasey worked with my wife and I on selling our house in Goodyear. We needed a realtor team that would be willing to work with us and take care of everything. My wife has two kids and a home to look after and I am active duty military working 14 hour days. We really didn't have the time to worry about selling our home while out of state. They took care of everything. They found quotes for services that the house required, recommended great businesses to handle those services and dealt with everything administrative having to do with the buyer and our home. At the end of the day, all my wife and I had to do was sign some papers and pay for some services regarding the home. Team Minik was responsive to all of our questions. They were frequently available to talk, and when they weren't, returned missed calls within 24 hours. Finally, and most importantly, they were great to work with. The team was always easy to talk to and always making my wife feel better and less stressed about the whole process. When we first decided to sell our home we were dreading the process. We currently live in Colorado, we had tenets living in the home at the time, and seemingly so many things to do. But working with Team Minik made the entire process so much easier and basically effortless. Would recommend Team Minik to anyone in my family or any of my friends.
