I received Stacy's contact info along with 4 other realtor names. She was the only one to actually look up our home, investigate the neighborhood and pricing and tailor her introductory email to MY house instead of the usual generic info. I was a little concerned because her office was located at least 40 miles from our house but Stacy proved that she could learn everything she needed to know in order to price, market and sell our house. Our house sold in 3 weeks and we had 2 buyers to choose from. I'm sure there was a convergence of reasons for this but one clearly was Stacy's lightening quick responsiveness to not only our questions, comments, requests; but also buyers requests for information. If I called Stacy and she didn't pick up her phone, I'd get an email or text telling me when she could call me back...within minutes...every time. I highly recommend Stacy to be your realtor.
