We dealt with a few agents for a few month while looking for a home in West Milford area. All were rushed or pushy and seemed un-dedicated to really help us with our first home purchase. Once we found Lou it was like we knew he will find us a good home! He was our shining holy grail. He was dedicated, persistent in finding and showing us all the houses that fit our guidelines, responsive, on top of every email/phone call, and most importantly he was there for any question or concern we had without being there to just make a sale. He really wanted us to find a perfect home, which we did. We saw a lot of houses with Lou. Each one we saw we went into details and if he saw anything strange, he would tell us to beware. In comparison to other agents we dealt with, he was just so muchaEUR|better in every aspect. We highly recommend Lou Colucci!
