My husband and I just purchased our first home and could not have been happier with Travis. We lucked out meeting him at one of open houses he was hosting. He kept in touch with us even though we were in and out of town for a couple of months after meeting him. After several email going back and forth (talk about excellent follow up skills!) we finally met up with him for a meeting where he taught us the home buying process (really appreciated this!) and we told him what we were looking for. Starting the following weekend, he took us on a tour of prospective homes. Every week, he sent us a list of available homes on the market tailored for us and we selected a few to go see in person. After doing this for a few weeks, we were starting to feel stressed because we werent finding what we truly liked. But Travis assured us that we WILL find something we like and kept us focused and calm. And sure enough, we did! He was very patient with us even though we were being very picky and never once pressured us to make an offer on something that we werent truly into. Once we found the home, Travis helped us negotiate the price and landed an excellent deal for us!! He was very responsive, always available by phone (actually never had to leave him a message, he always took my calls), text and email. He also really listened to what we wanted. He has great sense of humor and helped us stay relaxed and calm in stressful situations. In the end, we ended up being pretty good friends and we hope to keep in touch with him! I would highly recommend Travis to anyone who is looking to buy/sell a home. It was our pleasure to work with him!
