My husband and I would highly recommend Ryan to anyone who is looking for a Realtor (or lender). We have never met anyone like him, honestly. We have said many times since the closing of our house that we wouldn't be first-time home buyers of our dream house without Ryan and his determination. He was a step ahead of everyone in our home-buying process. We worked with many people (the lender, home inspector, etc...) and Ryan excelled them all. He is also very light-hearted and personable which made the whole process an exciting and happy one. We got a chance to see him with his family and you can tell he loves them very much. That made us like to work with Ryan even more. In every way it was a great experience to work with him. He was available 24-7 if we had a question and was always happy to help.

Ryan is amazing! I met him while my best friend (previous commenter) was shopping for condos. She highly recommended him. My husband and I didn't have perfect credit and we had many, many hiccups on the lending side. If it wasn't for Ryan we would have given up.I instantly felt comfortable around Ryan and so did my husband. He isn't a pushy sales person and he takes the time to figure out exactly what you need in a home. If a house isn't good, he'll tell you right away. I would text him all hours of the day/night with new houses to look at and he would respond quickly. When we felt like truly giving up, he found us an amazing house with everything we need. It was on the market one day. We worked fast to get the first offer in and we got it! He even helped us do home repairs that were needed in order for our loan to be finalized. The most amazing thing is that he doesn't give up you and fights hard for you. We discovered the house needed a new roof and we accepted it "AS IS". The bank wouldn't approved us until it was fixed. We thought we had lost the house then, but Ryan pulled off an amazing feat and got the seller to buy us a brand new roof for our house and garage at no cost to us. Who doesn't love a FREE roof?! Thanks you so much Ryan!Do you want someone that is genuine, dependable, down to earth and will fight tooth and nail for you? Ryan is your guy. We couldn't be happier with our home and we have Ryan to thank for that :) I will recommend him to all my friends.

Ryan is by far the best real estate agent that we have ever worked with. He is honest and straight forward about all the facts but still makes the normally grueling process of buying a house ENJOYABLE! Even the not so exciting parts. He made sure to speed up every process he had control over so that we did not have to wait a second longer than necessary. He is very easy to get along with and is very good at keeping in touch with you along the way. He was always up for taking us to every house we wanted to see and was extremely helpful in giving us advice when it came to making an informed decision. We never felt pushed by him to just "settle" for something "good enough". We absolutely love the house we are in now. It is truly "Home" and that is all thanks to the dedication of this guy.
