We left Rockland County almost 3 years ago to live outside of the US. Despite the challenge of communicating with us internationally, Leigh dedicatedly helped us rent out our house in Rockland County for a couple of years, including helping us find a replacement to out first tenants as they unexpectedly left pre-term. She also listed and helped us through the sale process of our house, which we closed on recently.Leigh acted as much more than a real estate agent for us. It can get very stressful to manage your property from long distance, but Leigh was always there for us, from the smallest details of collecting our mail or finding someone to mow the lawn, to the big and important job of listing the house, strategizing for rent or sale, following through with potential tenants or buyers, advising us on renovation work when needed, negotiating and eventually completing the process to a full closing. None of the services/help that we needed was either too small or too big for Leigh. Leigh is wonderful to work with. She is very knowledgeable, reliable, responsive, efficient, assertive as needed, and most importantly has a big heart. She also never hesitates to consult other professionals or colleagues if any additional information or point of view can be helpful, which we appreciated very much at times.
