We met Julie through Zillow. We had a very definite idea of what we wanted. It had to be a minimum of 10 acres, a property where you could not see a neighbor and a house that did not look like anyone else's house! Julie was not intimidated by our unusual request. She searched and sent numerous listings for us to review. She spent entire days showing us houses covering a 5 county area. We were traveling 3 hours to the area so we were truly marathon shopping. After 7 months, 18 houses and 5 counties our search ended with the "Perfect" house and property! The purchase process then turned into a 17 week nightmare. Julie was there assisting and advise through the entire process. The closing finally took place and we couldn't be happier.
