I found Robert through a random online search ... it was basically a search of desperation because I had purchased a home that was intended to be an investment property, but turned out to be a money pit for about 4 years. It was a challenging home to market ... had been through 2 realtors and a number of times with the home coming under contract, but falling through each time. Thankfully, when I chanced upon Robert, I was immediately reassured by his quick responsiveness, calm demeanor, knowledge of the market and his strategic thinking.
