Peggy is by far, the best realtor we could have ever come across. She was referred to me by a friend who was unable to help us when buying our first home and she has been a blessing to us ever since. I would say she is practically family at this point! She helped us not only find our first home, but she helped us find out second home AND sell our first home.She is extremely knowledgeable about the area, what is available and how the market is doing overall. She is not afraid to go digging for information to make sure you have ALL the information you need to make a decision as a buyer OR seller. She loves the adventure and you can tell she truly loves her job. I couldn't have asked for a better person to be in charge of helping us sell and buy. She truly is a gem!When selling our home, she was able to navigate the multiple offers we received, help us negotiate and get the best offer we could, even when the home didn't appraise because it was a multiple offer situation, she helped us negotiate and come out on top regardless.We will be in this home for a while- but I know we will stay in touch with her and if we ever need anything down the road, I know we can count on Peggy's expertise to help!
