My husband and I are so happy that we had Janet help us in our first home buying process. When we first started looking at houses in NJ, our baby was 4-months old and we had no one else to watch him while we went house hunting. It was not easy bringing a baby along. Yet, we knew we wanted to buy a home within the year before our lease ended. We had also just moved to NJ for a little under a year and only had a broad idea of which neighborhoods we wanted to look for houses in. We ended up looking inside Bridgewater, NJ. Janet made the process so easy and enjoyable for us. She had us on an e-mail list that had daily updated listings of homes with our preferences in Bridgewater. We just had to contact her when we were interested in touring some of the homes on that list. She even helped babysit our baby while we toured the homes and our baby loved her. She never pressured us to make a decision right away even though we found a house we liked in about three rounds of house tours with her. Janet even gave us her honest input of the location and each house we were visited. Knowing that we have a baby who will one day go to the schools near our new home, she shared her knowledge of which houses were in a desirable school district and which houses werent. She listened very carefully what we liked and didnt like about each house we saw and their locations and made note of that. She was always quick in her replies to her e-mails and sometimes e-mailed us late at n night (even though I never expected such extremely fast replies!). She also guided us in every step of our first home buying process, such as recommending a home inspector, price negotiation, recommending a real estate attorney, etc. We have been happy with every single person she recommended. She was present during the home inspections and walk-throughs. She was always on time and would let us know via text if she was running even a few minutes late. My husband and I were just blown away by Janets organizational skills. She really made us feel like we were her only clients at the moment even though we knew she had many others to help. We hope to live in our new house for a while but if we needed to sell and buy another house in the future, we cannot imagine asking anyone else to help us but Janet after an excellent first experience with a real estate agent. We will definitely recommend her to others. We are so glad we found her on Zillow and that she was exactly what other reviewers described.

Everyone always talks about how stressful purchasing a home is - especially as a first time buyer. I cannot rave enough about how seamless this process was with Janet! I found a home I was highly interested in viewing and I submitted the request to view the house through Zillow several times but blown off by several other unresponsive agents. Somehow, I connected with Janet who worked with such tenacity that she was able to get us in to view the home the next day - and even made the offer that afternoon! What a flawless process Janet had from there out. Smooth sailing as she navigated us through the ins and outs of buying a house. She recommended members of our team to help us with the mortgage, the house insurance, and as our lawyer. Janet negotiated with the seller to get us a better price! Without Janet, I would still be scouring the pages of Zillow. She was our guide, our guru, and our cheerleader. I cannot recommend her enough to anyone looking to buy (or sell) a house. She was exceptional on all accounts and we have a wonderful new house as a result of her hard work! THANK YOU JANET!!!
