It was a great pleasure to work with Sue. As a realtor she helped us navigate the sometimes daunting and laborious process of looking at home after home. Though we thought we knew what we wanted, it was still difficult to find one that seemed like it could fit our needs and feel like home. Sue was patient, kind and creative in her desire to help us figure out what we liked or did not like about each home. She used the information she gathered from us to remove the homes that would not hit the mark, and add those that might. She was more than willing to research the answers to each of our questions, even when it meant hunting down a builder or calling the county or whatever. And she has a list of skilled laborers that she recommends for potential remodeling projects that a home may require. We were able to get quotes and to better understand the extent of certain issues based on the plumber and contractor she brought in to inspect things before we made our offer. Because she's previously worked with a title company, her knowledge of the loan and closing process was very helpful and instructive. Sue's professional experience and well informed recommendations were invaluable. We have purchased five different homes in four different cities in the last 25 years, Sue is among the best realtors we've hired and we highly recommend her.
