We chose Rion and her company to both rent and sell our home. She has a property management company which rented out our home for a year. At the time, we felt that her property management side had a lot of benefits that other property managers didn't have, even though the monthly cost was higher. This was primarily around the attention the property manager was to give our house while we were away to make sure things were working properly, the condition looked good, during cold weather that the water system would be checked to make sure no leaking pipes, etc. We live out of country due to work transfer, so we were completely dependent on her team. When we met her team in person, they were great. A lot of promises, interactive, good energy. Communicating from outside the US and depending on primarily email was not so good. We felt that what we were promised didn't really happen and responses were slow or did not get point by point answers to questions. The office manager did not seem personal or interested. She would send email that looked automated, never tailored to what pdf was attached, what it was for and what action was needed from us. We got the wrong pdf invoice once. The note always closed with a request to contact her or stop by if there were any issues - but we lived out of the country!! After the first year of rental, we had Rion's team take applications for renters. There wasn't a lot of advice on who we should take or not; again part of it being probably across the world in a different time zone. When it came to the sale of our house, we didn't get the price we originally wanted yet the commission was a full commission, despite her team being the property managers and buyers/sellers on the house. We didn't even get a thank you for your business kind of closing note.Summary: If you are primarily going to interact with Rion and her team via telephone or face to face, I think your experience will be pretty good, maybe 4 stars. But responses by documentation like email, updates, timeliness once you are done with the phone call or email communication, thorough answers via documentation, etc., may be lacking. As a customer, this is the comfort and support I expected. We paid higher property management fees. She made a lot of commission. Our experience with Rion was ok, but for her office manager and property manager were not what we had hoped for. For the premium we were paying, I think the results under-delivered.
