I feel very fortunate to have found Paula to assist with purchasing a rental property in the Huntsville area. For the past several years, my wife and I have been looking into purchasing rental property to round out our retirement portfolio, and after considerable research decided on the Huntsville market. The problem was, I live out of state and knew absolutely no one in Huntsville, let alone the entire state of Alabama. I selected Paula based on her Zillow profile and reviews, and am certain that she is the best choice we could have made. There are so many things I appreciate about Paula. She is very experienced and knows the Huntsville market well. She is honest and always looked out for my best interests. She was very patient with me and helped me come up to speed on the real estate purchasing process (this is our first investment property). She recommend a great bank that got me a great interest rate. She did lot of extra aEURoeleg workaEUR? for me, since I was buying the property aEURoesight unseen.aEUR? She was also very responsive and just a pleasure to work with. One final thing I really appreciated was her care in putting together our offers. Many rental properties are listed as aEURoeas isaEUR?, and the buyer usually has to submit an offer prior to having the property inspected. Even though one property we put an offer on was listed as aEURoeas isaEUR?, she got a clause added that allowed us to back out if the inspection found to many problems (which turned out to be the case). Adding this clause saved us a lot of potential expense and headache. I highly recommend Paula to anyone who is looking to purchase property in the Huntsville area and will definitely use her again for future purchases.
