She is articulate, and quick on identifying what you can & do not want to buy. She is also thorough in following up with you before, during and after the house purchase. Her wealth of experience and knowledge are truly resourceful. We (my wife and I) were moving to Huntsville area from 300 miles away, and had 2 months to move. Looking for a house in a new area, it is always a challenge to figure out what, where, and how much on a new house. After having a brief conversation with her, she figured out what we look for, and how much we are willing to pay. She narrowed down our selections to expedite decision making. She is also aware of what to avoid in the area, which further narrowed down on our choices.Negotiation is a difficult matter for an inexperienced house buyer like me. Last thing I want is to ask to take off too much, and turn off the seller. Without a hesitation, she came up with a realistic number that made the seller and us (buyer) happy.She is a great communicator. In the process, she communicated well with us, lender, insurance company, listing agent, house inspector, HVAC inspector and termite inspector concurrently. (That's all I can think. There may be more parties that she was in touch with.) We are glad that we worked with her, and we highly recommend her to anyone.
