One wordaEUR|.aEUR?WOW!!!!aEUR? to Bonnie and Chad as our realtors. In every single category of busying and selling a home, they are the absolute champions in the game. I do not say this lightly. Not only did they list, and find a buyer for our home within 24 hours, they ALSO helped us find another home and mitigate all the things that arise during BUYING a home as well. Bonnie and Chad did EVERYTHING aEUR" things we would have never known how to do ourselves that helped our house sell for WAY MORE than it would have without them. From scheduling appointments with painters, repair professionals, assessors, and MORE aEUR" they were consistently on top of literally everything and made the selling process an absolute BREEZE. Not only that, they had our selling home looking better than it ever had while we lived there. They placed it aEURoefor saleaEUR? during a Saturday and Sunday, had It looking so incredible that we had over 30+ showings in 48 hours, 7 offers within 24 hours, and several of those offers were well above our asking price with incredible conditions for a seller in their offers. People called our house, aEURoethe heart break houseaEUR? all because of Bonnie and Chad. And our house was nothing out of the ordinary aEUR" a 10+ year old home, around 1,600 square ft, single family. We used the extra money made on selling our house into purchasing an incredible custom built DREAM home. With BUYING our new house, Bonnie and Chad were also on top of every issue and process involved in purchasing a new home: They went to all the hardware, lighting, countertop stores with us and helped us make choices, negotiate prices and products, explain EVERYTHING that we didnt understand, and tell us when something was a good deal or not. Once the house had our custom design in it, they again remained steadfast in EVERYTHING: from ensuring every single detail was impeccable, to scheduling maintenance, painting, etc. meetings, contacting and working with our builder on changes, additions, walk through, explanations of each and every process involved aEUR" all right there by our side every single step of the way. Even after we have now moved into our new home and closed on the old one, Bonnie and Chad STILL check in on us, ensure things are going as planned, keep up with additions being added with our builder, and answer all our questions with ANYTHING. The amount of ways these two helped us simply cannot fit in the word count. You always hear horror stories of realtors, selling or buying homes, and how stressful and frustrating this process can beaEUR|.NOT with Bonnie and Chad. It was actually a BLAST and they made it look EASY. Without any doubt in our minds, we will only and always use Bonnie and Chad for anything we do regarding property. To investment property, rental, or anything real estate related. These two are UNMATCHABLE and we were so thankful we found them and had the opportunity to build such an incredible relationship with this duo.
