My family had to sell our childhood home following the passing of my mother. We wanted this done quickly and needed someone willing to handle allpart of the sales process that would come up as we all live out of town. We made the best possible decision with Deana. It was immediately obvious that she was extremely experienced and confident in her strategy to sell our home. We were ready to starting painting and refinishing floors and she advised us not to and it was the absolute right decision. She nailed the price point and was very responsive in getting the house prepped and photographed in a week. We had multiple offers the first day, and within 6 weeks we closed on the house. She handled the repairs that were required for the inspection and we never once worried about how things would get done or ever had to go back. We were kept apprised every step of the way with an email or a text, and when we had a question, she responded immediately. She is a consummate professional and I highly recommend her to anyone looking to sell their house.

I worked with Heather for both a home purchase and a home sale in late 2019 and early 2020. One of the things that impressed me most about her is how quickly she responded to email and text messages. She was always timely and, in some ways more importantly, she was always calm and level headed. This is important because (surprise) the process of either buying or selling a house can be stressful. Yeah, I really appreciated her calm approach to all sorts of different situations and communications. She also stuck me as very knowledgeable about the area and the stock of houses. For example, I found a few homes on line that I thought I would like, but she indicated it might not be what I was looking for. When she brought us to the property I could see that she was exactly right: it wasn't what we were looking for. On the other hand, she also showed us a few places that we liked that wouldn't have otherwise been on our radar.Overall, Heather is great to work with and I would and happily will recommend her to others.
