Amy helped us sell our home of 20 years and she was incredible! She has been in the community here for years and knows exactly what buyers are are looking for. She was instrumental in guiding us - often holding our hands - on how to prepare our house for sale, advising us on matters such as decluttering, staging and landscaping. She is patient, organized, responsive and detail oriented. She was always available for us, and no question went unanswered. She is a wealth of resources and references as well, from electricians to lawyer recommendations. She stays calm through it all, even when our powder room sink broke the day before the open house! She quickly came up with 2 options and everything was in working order by the end of the day. Amy is also a skilled negotiator, and did an amazing job negotiating with the buyer and their broker and enabled our house to sell over asking. Amy is a pleasure to work with and we are so grateful for all the work she put in to make the whole selling process go as smoothly as possible. I highly recommend Amy!!
