Mike Liddicoat and his realtor Michelle Nell are very professional. The are responsive to the need to sell and buy (Not to mention extreme patience and NOT pushy). Mike is willing to take on my sale, in a very special way, that no other realtor was willing to work with. (You see I have four dogs, that were part of my rescue, that Never Left me and I adopted them! He is very sensitive to my need and is willing to list my home in a special way with photos and special appointments to give me time to have my dogs out before any prequalified showing!) Any other realtor that has tried to help me wanted me to be ready anytime from 8:00 am till 8:00 pm to show on the spot! Thank God for Mike and Michelle because they understand my need for my pups! My home is not a dump but is a very nice family home with a pool and 5 bedrooms just waiting for a new family to enjoy. My dogs are very clean and loving to people and Mike has met them all!!! I have total confidence that Mike and Michelle will help me sell for a great price as well as find us our next home! A GREAT realtor and person! Both of them!

I do not have enough great things to say about Sally Liddicoat, she was simply AWESOME throughout my entire short sale process. She walked me through every step, She was amazing throughout the whole process (Oct - May)! It was a very trying and stressful time in my life and Sally helped me keep it together and stayed on top of the bank ensuring my paperwork was never lost in the red tape of the bank processing. Sally was always very professional but also very sincere in the way she communicated with me and I knew that she always had my best interest in mind with everything going on. She was very responsive to all emails, calls and text messages and was there for all of my major appointments, which was a great help. I highly recommend Sally Liddicoat and The Peak Performance Real Estate team! From the very first contact to the day I closed the door on that chapter of my life, I felt confident, comfortable, and happy to be working with Sally.
