I would highly recommend Rosalie. We had a unique situation. We moved to South Carolina without selling our NY home first. After a couple years we found Rosalie and began the process to sell the home. She was very patient while we had renters in the house and kept waivering about when to put it on the market. When we finally did decide to put the house up she gave us many resources to get it ready for sale. Being far away, it was difficult to try to sell a home we had not seen in a year. Rosalie handled it so well and I had complete faith on her. Her stager made the house look better than ever and when it went on the market we immediately had showings. We have had our house on the market twice before and barely had any looks. With Rosalie we had multiple showings every week and often a few a day. She sold our NY house while we lived in SC and could not be around, which was challenging. I have complete faith in Rosalie. We had some hurdles and she handled them swiftly and professionally. Even down to the closing she was very thorough with attention to every detail. Thank you Rosalie!

Having received great reviews of Rosalie's professionalism from family, there was no doubt of who to call when beginning our search for our first home. Rosalie sure did go beyond my expectations. Extremely knowledgeable in her field, Rosalie answerd all of our questions ( and we had many, it being our first home). She was able understand our needs and wants in dream home. And when we thought it would be impossible, Roslie was able to find us a property that included everything in our wish list. I would recommend Rosalie to everyone personally knowing that the client would be in great hands. Although we had some issues beyond our control with the bank for the mortgage loan, Rosalie was a constant presence and really made my husband and I feel confident in the process. At the end everything fell to place and we couldn't be more greatful to Rosalie. So if you are looking for a real estate agent look no farther than Rosalie.
