I loved working with Ms. Irene. She was very nice through the whole process. She showed me listings based on what I was looking for and within my price range. If I had any questions about any listings, she was able to answer within less than 24 hours. Being a first time home buyer, I knew nothing of the home buying process other than what I had researched. Ms. Irene was able to explain the step by step process and what to expect. She also kept me in the loop on what was going on. Also anytime I had issues with not receiving responses from certain parties, Ms. Irene would reach out and get a response for me. At one point I thought I was gone lose the house due to some issues. This would have also been a lost in money for certain things that had to be paid up front. Thanks to Ms. Irene who was able to convince the seller to give me more time,I am now fully moved into a new home. I would definitely recommend her to others.
