Bobby is a first-class, top-notch real estate agent.In late 2020, in the midst of the pandemic, I found myself involved with the sale or purchase of four homes. Two for myself (buy/sell) and two homes for a relative who was moved into a nursing facility. As a result, through dealing with numerous agents, I became pretty familiar with the ups and downs of the ubiquitous real estate professional. I had many downs. However, through all my dealings, Bobby was far and above the best one.He's kind, respectful, knowledgable, *very* responsive (a rarity, I found), thorough, consistent, a clear communicator, persistent, creative, hard-working and just a pleasure to be around. And you know how I found him? A marketing letter he sent to me after I had reached the end of my rope with another agent (and luckily our contract had just ended). I had never met him or heard from him in my life prior to opening a letter one day. I thought: Why not? Lucky me!After our last agent had our listing for the prerequisite six months and it just sat there. Rarely a showing, little feedback and not one offer, much less a sale - I was beyond frustrated. Bobby had our precious vacation home - and all its family memories - sold within three months. This happened in a tough vacation home market.I cannot say enough positive things about Bobby and how he single-handedly restored my faith in the real estate agent profession. Thanks, Bobby! It was a pleasure to meet you and to work with you selling my grandmother's home.
