Janine (Family),Sometimes God sends people into your life because he knows the "core" need. One of the things my mom and myself needed was restoration of our trust in realtors and their sincerity as it relates to helping their customers. Well Sis (call you that because mom considers you like a daughter), you have restored our trust. You came in the game fighting for us and did not stop until the last "ding" of the bell signifying the final round was over and we had won. Your sincerity , patience , aggressiveness, care, real concern, professionalism , and tenacity was noted Janie. I watched you as you rode the highs and lows right alone with us. I watched you go into action when you felt someone was doing us wrong. As you would quote this saying " Phil , I will go over their heads if I have to". Yes I noticed all the qualities you exhibited during the purchase of Mom's home. I want you to know you helped a 30 year dream come true for my mom. To us Janine God did an even exchange He sent you to us and us to you. The bible says " his ways are perfect ". This means what looks like happenstance to us is his perfect will being played out behind the scenes. Again Janine, thank you so very much. You did a stellar job that is noteworthy and it demands recognition and deserves feedback. There is nothing like getting R. O. I. R. O. I means Return On Investment. Although this is financial terms it also applies to life because people want to know their hard work (investment of their time and energy) is sincerely appreciated (the Return). We don't take for granted how you went over and beyond to make this purchase a complete victory for us. Yes we saw and yes we sincerely appreciate.
