Nicole Courtney is by far the best realtor in the Phoenix area! My husband and I live in Colorado and we were wanting to purchase a second home in the Phoenix area to be near family. Nicole came highly recommended by our Denver realtor because of her well known reputation. We contacted Nicole and from there she made it so easy. She was very organized, beyond knowledgable in the real estate world, always extremely prompt in answering any type of question or concern, not to mention so pleasant to work with! We made a visit to Arizona and after meeting with Nicole in person we could tell she was honest and ethical and we were positive we were in very good hands. We found our dream home that week and because of Nicole and her team we closed in the same month. Everything went incredibly smooth and it was such a stress free and pleasant experience. We cannot say enough good things about Nicole and would not hesitate to recommend her to all our friends and family!

I was connected with Lauren on Zillow and met her at the first house I viewed - and she was there for me throughout the entire search, as well as the buying process and even after closing. She was always very responsive, available to answer all my questions and guide me through the process. She also knew all the paperwork and is extremely thorough and detail oriented - she never missed a beat! Aside from that, she not only managed to win me the house I ended up buying against more than a dozen competing bids, but also two previous ones (which I later ended up leaving due to other issues, e.g. home inspection). Lauren was able to point me towards any resources or companies I needed, but never pressured me in my choices. She has guided me through the process masterfully and was always in my corner. Very pleasant and easy to work with! I am extremely grateful to have stumbled upon her on Zillow and feel she has now become my friend!
