Monica represented us in our purchase of a condo unit within Fairway Greens. She knows the development and its condo unit status very well.Monica also knows and shares the local nuances of buying real estate within NJ and leverages well the systems and recommendations of Weichert Realty. Monica was able to recommend and access local home inspection and legal services both of which did fabulous jobs advancing the transaction. The unit we bought had many nice features but through due diligence we learned it also had some areas that required fixes that if left unaddressed could have cost us significant money and/or exposed us legally. Further the HOA that is funded and responsible for grounds and exterior maintenance was not at first responsive to our requests for remedial action. Monica worked well with the legal and inspection services we procured and we were able to get the HOA and unit seller to act to resolve the major issues cost efficiently. We closed on time and without further impediment. Throughout the transaction Monica was responsive and accessible through phone and email and never gave up despite the challenges.
