Lisa Berchoff did a wonderful and professional job for us in selling our home, even obtaining $20,000 over asking price. She was thorough and thoughtful from the beginning of the listing process all the way to final negations of the sale and closing process. Lisa spent 2 full days staging the home to look more open and spacious and even supplied some of her own decorative items to coordinate, update and enhance the overall look. We had 13 offers after the first open house and she expertly advised us to go with the 14th offer since she had a better feeling of the sincerity of the prospective buyers. She was available just about 24/7 for questions, offering constructive feedback and suggestions within minutes. Should we find ourselves in the market to sell again, we would not hesitate to work with Lisa!

Lisa sold my house in two months. I had back surgery and Lisa helped pack, stage and held my hand through the process. I lived at my home for 16 years went back to work and by the way was hurt at work and was demoted, salary cut in half and I almost had a break down. The next day I called her she was at my home in 2 hours. Listed it the very next day had a sign out, took a lot of photos and anything I needed she had the answer and if she didn't checked on it. Lisa is very knowledgeable selling and purchasing homes. Her personality compassion towards me was spectacular. I would recommend her to sell or purchase. she listens to you and comforts you with her explaining of the process. What can I say but to thank her with all my heart helped me through a difficult time in my life and I turned sixty so this wasn't easy for me to give up my home because I was not able to afford it but she helped me so my credit didn't go bad. I owe it all to her.......
