Michael was extremely professional when helping me find and purchase my house. He was very responsive to all my calls no matter the time of day and was easy to work when requesting information from me to close the sale. Working a job from 9-5 meant that my time to communicate with a realtor was usually limited to after hours and weekends. He was very responsive to all my inquiries and would send responses even when I contacted him late at night.He found multiple houses for me to come tour within the first 3 days of working with him that all met my budget and my requirements. Being a first time homeowner, the negotiation was easy and only required a few calls back and forth between Michael and the agent of the sellers to come to an agreement.Overall, I would recommend Michael to any of my friends or family looking to buy or sell a house. His customer service was extremely professional.
