My wife and I worked with quite a few Realtors over the years - continually lowering our expectations to match the minimal efforts most put forth toward finding us a new home at $500k or so. It amazed us at how little some Realtors paid attention to our preferences and/or budget, even when we provided them in writing! Either they wanted to parade us through every available home (a complete waste of our time) or acted as if it was a bother to show us any we found on our own through web searches.Thankfully we met Patti before completely abandoning our search. She LISTENED to everything we said and PAID ATTENTION to our preferences! She UNDERSTANDS our tastes and respects our budget and busy schedules. She has been exceedingly diligent in watching for (and pre-evaluating) properties and advises us of only those which truly meet our criteria. We haven't made a purchase yet but I'm confident Patti will represent us when we do, even if that means building new/from scratch.
