We worked with Barbara in buying a new home recently. From our very first meeting we liked her approach and personality. Our requirements changed in the beginning a few times and she was very patient and accommodating with us, and was always accessible. We never felt pressured to look at anything we didn't want to see, but she always had plenty of suggestions for us based on our list of wants/needs. When we found our home, she was persistent in getting us answers and updates from the listing agent. Barbara has a sunny nature and went out of her way to make the experience a pleasant one for us, which was often turning sour due to lack of professionalism of the listing agent. Barbara was also extremely thoughtful and took our first pictures with keys to our new home and presented us a bottle of wine after the closing. Barbara simply went above and beyond! We will use her again when it's time to sell our current home.
