After having an offer fall through with another realtor, I was incredibly upset and really wasn't sure what to do next. From a simple Google search, I came across Jessica. What a find! I read her awesome reviews and decided to reach out to her. She responded right away and set up a phone call to get to know my fiance and I. It seemed like she really wanted to know us in order to figure out what home would be best for us. After looking at a few homes, it was pretty obvious that we weren't ready to buy just yet. I expressed that to Jessica, and she understood completely and gave us some space. That was SO refreshing after having a realtor that wouldn't leave us alone. She never made us feel like she was just desperate to make a sale. When it came time to look again, I was very excited. She was always able to squeeze us in right away to see a house, and again displayed that we were not just a sale to her. She pointed out what things to look at and watch out for, and when I asked her opinion, she gave an honest one, even if the house was not right for us. After spending about 6 months with her, we moved into our perfect home. She still talks to us, and we send her pictures of house progress. She got her money in the end, so she didn't have to keep in contact. But a month later, I still hear from her. Which reminds me, I am almost done with my dining room Jess, can't wait to send pictures your way! :)

I think I can best describe our experience with Jess by saying it was like having a good friend... who happened to be a great realtor. The house we were selling was different from most others in our area, so it was a challenge to price it correctly with so few comparable properties nearby. But she did it -- and the proof is that we received a full-price offer in less than two days. Over the weeks that followed our acceptance of that offer, Jess guided us every step, keeping in touch, responding promptly whenever we contacted her, and always thinking two steps ahead of the process. When we moved out of state a couple weeks before closing, she gladly handled various issues that popped up. My only regret is that we've moved so far away we probably won't be able to work with her again. (Though, Jess, if you ever get sick of that Jersey weather... we'll be waiting down south to buy a house with you!)

As an experienced lawyer (circa 1978), who has practiced in the real estate field for a long long time, I am of the view that Jessica ranks at about the top of all the Realtors I have worked with. So much so that when my wife and I would sell our home (after nearly 3 decades living there & raising a family thru the place), we hired Jessica. Having witnessed Jessica handle a number of hard transactions for my clients, where she performed at a very professional level compared, respectfully, to her peers, our decision to hire her was a snap. Also, she made the ordeal of it pleasant for us, as we exhaustingly emptied our house of stuff (a large volume of which was our adult-kids' stuff they left behind. Oof...). Further, when we needed contractors for this and for that, every one of Jessica's referred contractors (painter, photographer, water remediator) were excellent as well and each had the same kind of praise for Jessica; which speaks volumes about Jessica's integrity with people.
