My wife and I were new to the Asheville/Hendersonville area and really didn't know what to expect as we found Chris Scruggs via an internet review just like this one. Chris and his wife Stephanie were great to work with and were responsive whenever we had questions or needed assistance. Since we were remote during our search, he even went as far as to provide live Zoom tours of homes for us during the COVID restrictions. We especially liked the fact that Chris has a construction background and his ability to find issues that we might have other-wised missed. The house we ended up purchasing had multiple offers in the 24 hours it was listed, and it was due to Chris willingness to act quick and provide meaningful analysis of the home that we were the ones to come on top.
