Honestly, where do we begin with Kim? My fiance and I met her about two years ago when we and a bunch of roommates were looking to rent a bigger home. It already being almost an impossible task, Kim gave us her all. And when I say all I mean: she found houses within all of our budgets, our locations, our wants and needs about sizes. She narrowed down so many houses for us, she had multiple houses lined up for us to even go look at. Unfortunately, we had to part ways with Kim due to Roomate issues. Fast forward to today, well 3 weeks ago exactly. My fiance, our new baby, my brother in law and I needed a bigger home. Out apartment didnt meet our needs anymore, so we reached out to Kim. We have a big dog so we need a backyard, a new baby so a smaller room close by the master, a decent sized second bedroom for my finances brother, and all of this within a certain budget. The next day Kim had houses that met our criteria and we checked out immediately. Houses were looking scarce and our time frame for our lease was coming up quick. Kim did not give up, she have us 110% and we found a beautiful home. Kim helped with all the paperwork, she did all the talking and help make my family and I stand out more then the other buyers that were interested. Thanks to Kim, all of us are happy and moving into our new home next week!

Kim guided me through the process of buying my first house. It wasnt easy, and there were a lot of starts and stops, but through it all, Kim kept my spirits up and never grew tired of my frustrations.With her guidance, I finally found a house that I could call home, and Ive been happily moved in for 9 months now!I absolutely recommend Kim as a realtor.
