Calling Kristin Eckelmann to help sell our home turned out to be the best decision of our transition. We knew we were getting a great person on our side. Upon her first visit, we already had a solid plan to sell our home. SHe recommended an excellent finance agent to assist in purchasing our new home. In addition, she knew how to market our home. The pictures on our listing made us almost regret selling the place! It blew us away when Kristin called just four days after hitting the market which she told us it will sell FAST with a great offer on our house, but that fell thru ( from the buyers and their agent fault ) but quickly put back on market and it was pending once again in a few days. We accepted offer and Kristin was there to advise us every step of the way up to closing. We put our trust in Kristin and it paid off. She is awesome very knowledgeable in what she does. I would rate her 10 plus if I could. And I would use her for all my home transactions and recommend her to all my friends. Thanks Kristin Eckelmann

Kristin was an outstanding, exemplar professional in every way. We were new to the area and she was able to quickly and accurately understand our needs and preferences. Operating with a fairly tight window of time to view and pick a home, she showed us a healthy range of options within our price range. Her understanding of the Florida real estate market, broader area and various communities we considered made the process smooth and efficient. She was honest and highly responsive to every question, comment and concern we voiced. We have purchased six homes over forty years. This was, by far, the best experience and she was the best real estate agent we have used.Beyond this assessment of her professionalism I want to emphasize that Kristin was a joy to work with.
