Dave his team, Glenda, and Jen not only listened but offered options that were not presented previously. Within a week we found the right house at the right price. They made our dream house come true. We had never spoke to Dave previous to our cold call asking about a listing he had. We immediately felt more comfortable working with him and his team. Knowing we had been looking for three years it would have been easy to walk away from us.
