Shelby took the complex situation I presented her with and saw it through. Even while being deployed overseas, she helped my wife back home & I find a new house to call ours. She was able to communicate with me whenever needed, even working through being in completely different time zones. If I couldn?t be reached, her and my wife would handle whatever was needed. Shelby knew exactly how to proceed & work with a VA Loan. She wasted no time exploring potential homes and steered us from ones that would ultimately be declined by the VA; saving us time as well as peace of mind.
