Our second home purchase was a completely different story than the first home purchase. We didn't know what we were in for with buying and selling during a pandemic. Jenn was amazing; professional, courteous, patient, incredibly knowledgeable, and adaptable. Jenn's calm and client-centric approach allowed us to make the decisions but with her educated guidance. When purchasing our home, she encouraged us to prioritize our "wants" and helped organize our thoughts. As our ideas changed and we considered settling for just a house, she continually reassured us that we would find "the one." Her expertise in the South Austin/Dripping Springs market was paramount as she taught us so much about the market that we felt confident in our decisions. Jenn's negotiating skills are spot on. She's not aggressive but speaks the truth based on research and market facts. We honestly felt so confident that she'd get the job done once it was in her hands...and she did!!! Did I mention she found our house pre-market and we purchased below asking and appraisal price??!! That just doesn't happen in the hot Austin market. When selling our home, Jenn immediately became an interior decorator by guiding us through decluttering, updating, and accentuating the best elements of the house. We were thrilled to see her family involved in her business as they were a large part of her marketing strategy with videos, signage, and social media posts. Thanks to her expertise we had several offers above asking within the first few hours on the market. We couldn't have asked for more in a realtor than what Jenn gave us.

Jenn was a wonderful realtor to work with. I was in a tough spot having to relocate from Texas to Oregon for a new job so we needed to sell our house as quickly as possible. Jenn was great throughout the whole process. She gave great suggestions for how to edit the house to get it ready to show and we were able to get it ready in just under two weeks. The photographer she worked with was outstanding, I couldn't believe how great our house looked on the listing. It was a thing of beauty.After one week on the market and two open houses, we received four offers, including several that were over list price. What more could you ask for?Where Jenn really earned her commission though was after we were under contract. We ran into issues with the buyers and a closing date that we couldn't quite nail down but Jenn held their feet to the fire and we closed within 30 days. The thing I liked the best about Jenn was that she matched my feelings throughout the process. When I was frustrated, she was frustrated, when I was excited, she was excited. It was a long and stressful process but her open communication and experience helped get us through it. Jenn is an excellent realtor and whether you're looking to sell or buy a house, she is an experienced and productive agent who gets results. In a neighborhood that took 45-60 days on average to sell, she did it in seven and got us an above list price deal. You can't beat that.

There are a lot of good agents out there. But only a few that I'd deem great. And just one that I'd say is truly outstanding. Jenn's unique skills, knowledge, tact, sincerity, awareness and enthusiasm all come together to create a super-agent. We worked with her when we bought our house, and when we sold it years later. She also helped us buy land. She has this ability to see around corners and anticipate all the variables of the process, allowing us to be in a great position whether buying or selling. She's great for beginners- you'll never get an eye roll from her, even after 100 questions. And she's great with experienced buyers/sellers, because no matter how much we thought we knew, she knew way more, and shared it with zero ego. And she's just a real down-to-earth,thoughtful, friendly person to know.
