I found Shannon through some realtor research and ended up selling 3 TH rentals and my primary residence through her over 9 months. Then she helped us buy our new primary residence. Our TH sales were easy since they are in a nice neighborhood and updated. Shannon and her team really elevated above and beyond the normal agents by using an incredible stager for all of our TH's. She helped pick paint and carpet colors to help maximize the buyer pool and has an amazing photographer who brings out the properties best features. Other agents I have seen selling these TH's or regular homes dont use stagers but she does and it pays off. We set records with 2 of our TH's in the neighborhood so great results. She also helped us sell our primary which was not in a planned community and had a septic and well system. Much more difficult task with a different buyer pool. She guided us through the very difficult and stressful process and got us to the other side. Finally, she sold us our new primary and once again this is where she stood out. She has a large pool of connections and helped us see a house that wasn't listed for sale and eventually we were able to buy it. We worked together closely for 9 months and got to know her really well and she and her team are amazing people. Use her to buy or sell and you wont regret it.
