Ms. Green is an energetic, methodical and caining onscientious realtor who is gaining experience as she sells more homes in the area Shehas very thorough knowledge of real estates in the local area. She keeps the seller informed about the market in a periodic basis but she never put any pressure on us to reduce the price if we chose not to do it. She coordinated the process with the buyers's agent in a professional and competent manner. She was very prompt and responsive whenever we showed any concern over the buyers financial position on securing a loan and assured us about the status of loan approval and loan commitment. She took a very active role in helping us to negotiate the price . She helped us to make any minor repairs to remove the contingencies at a reen went out of her way to help us vacate the house before closing.She managed to finish the settlement process in a seamless way.
