I met Stephanie through a referral when I wasn't having a pleasant experience with another agent. Immediately she set up an appointment with me to find out what exactly I was looking for, and set up times to go "Shopping." I have never purchased a home before. Throughout the process she explained every step, why we had to take the step, and prepared me for the next. I had daily emails with new homes in my area, and she was very willing to work around my awkward schedule for showings. When finding my perfect home didn't work well she found me a builder that would get me what I wanted. She hand walked me through the entire process, and when the builder wanted to play hard ball she was right there to play back. She was able to negotiate for upgrades on the house, and even negotiated for blinds. If you have ever put good blinds in your house you know how expensive that can be. Even months after we moved in she has still kept in contact with us to ensure things are going okay. When I make the plan to move again she will definitely be the first to call.
