I will try to keep this short..... Dave Noel is probably one of the best realtors I have ever delt with... He is understanding, patient, trustworthy, very knowledgable about his buisness, and will fight for you.... My wife and I were in a bit a of pickle trying to sell our home in San Antonio while trying to rent a house in Houston along with finding a perminent residence to purchase and gearing up to have a baby. Dave went so far above and beyond to make sure that not only we found a house to rent while looking for our future home he made sure we had zero stress... Buying a home is extremely stressfull and Dave ensured us everything would be fine and he wouldnt stop untill he found us exactly what we were looking for... He did exactly as he promised... I will never use another realtor other than him as long as he is still doing this profession... This is a guy you want and need on your side when you purchase your new home... Thank you Dave for all you have done for me and my family...
