Heidi is the most knowledgeable, thorough, honest, attentive and professional Realtor I have ever met. We were a cash buyer of a home where Heidi represented us. The seller's realtor, in our opinion was dishonest on numerous occasions, unprepared, didn't properly relay messages to the seller and lacked sufficient knowledge of real estate transactions. A question came up about an unreleased mortgage on the property during Title inspection. The seller's realtor asked the seller to go "dig through bins in storage" to find the title insurance (which would have caused ANOTHER in a long string of delays). Instead, Heidi made a few phone calls and within 30 minutes had the resolution well under way. We are so thankful we had Heidi to represent us because every time this purchase went off the rails she was there to explain, provide options, resolved problems quickly and effectively and kept the sale moving. She fully apprised us of everything we would need to do so there were never any surprises from her. Heidi pays attention to the smallest details and knows what to look for in a home. Going above expectations is exactly how Heidi does business every day. We haved worked with her previously and will always use her for any future real estate transaction.
