I started out just trying to get information about properties on Smith Mountain Lake and found Davids website to be one of the only websites that didnt require personal information. Being in IT I hate getting spammed from bunches of websites that dont allow me to get the information I need. Once I found a property I was interested in I used the website to contact David and he got right back with me even though the property I was looking at was probably the cheapest property on the lake. He helped me with the thousands of questions before even knowing me. Once we set a time for me and my family to come down I had to cancel but this was no issue for David. When I was finally able to get to Smith Mountain Lake several weeks later, David took me through every property I asked to see. David also took us out on the lake to show us around. He helped with putting in an offer and walked me through all of the process. We didnt get the first property, but David gave me great advice on another property that was a better option in hind sight. Now I have a new Condo on the lake with awesome views and a new friend as well. David is great with children and I highly recommend him and will use him for my next purchase on SML.
