My husband and I bought our first home with Maynard and couldn't be happier. He was recommended by our real estate agent in California as she received praise for him from previous clients who moved to the area. We were not familiar with the market and buying process in Seattle and Maynard walked us through it, always being available to answers our questions. When we found the perfect home for us but realized offers were due the next day, Maynard managed to make it happen! He moved things around to get us a tour first thing in the morning, reviewed the whole package with us, and talked us through what offer would make sense. He never rushed us, and thanks to him, we bought a condo we love at a fantastic price. If you are looking for a knowledgable and responsive agent, look no more: Maynard is your guy!

Maynard was extremely knowledgeable and thorough and took his time when working with me. This is a big decision, and he understands the anxiousness that comes with making such a big purchase. He understood my requirements and limits and helped put in an offer that was strategic and competitive. He helped me get into my new home in record time (4 weeks from mutual acceptance to closing and moving in!!). He understands that clients are putting a lot of trust into him and his team, and he takes that very seriously. He will not make you feel pushed into doing something you don't want to do, but also provides a balanced point of view when it comes to market conditions, future landscapes, interest rates, etc.... I really appreciated the sounding board, his vast set of resources (inspection, handyman, etc) and his responsiveness is unparalleled. In addition, I needed to find a new renter for my former condo, and he did all the work. Helped me take pictures and market the unit on Zillow. That was a huge help and helped ease my stress. I highly recommend Maynard. This is my second time working with Maynard and I would/will absolutely use him again.

Zei is new-ish to the game but you honestly wouldn't even know it.I worked with Zei and Maynard to sell my condo and I could not be happier with the experience and the results. I was a first time seller so naturally I had hundreds (if not thousands) of questions. Zei was able to answer all of them and help me feel at ease about the process and the services they are able to provide.Once the process to go to market began, I was very impressed with Zei's project management skills. I really felt as though it was a white glove concierge service - from the repairs, to staging, to open houses, and offer analysis, everything was scheduled and completed on time with quality results. I later learned that when something unexpected came up, Zei even took matters in her own hands and made trips to Home Depot herself to bridge the gap.Something I value a lot is Zei's professionalism and promptness in answering texts/calls. Being able to get updates through the process made me feel at ease. I will definitely be working with Zei and Maynard's team again in the future!
